Whistler village is a pedestrian only village home to countless shops and restaurants. The village also boasts lively après ski with nightlife running into the early hours. The resort is serviced by an efficient lift system with eight and ten person gondolas.

The Ski Slopes
Whistler offers wide open bowls, tree runs, and gentle nursery slopes along with an array of terrains to suit the more advanced skier. There are award winning parks which offer something for everyone, so you can progress throughout your stay. The resort boasts over 215 runs serviced by around 33 lifts, despite the investment in faster bigger lifts the resorts popularity still makes for queues, especially on weekends. For more advanced skiers/boarders the bowls are the best option, there you can make the most of the longest vertical drop in North America, if that isn’t enough the resort also offers many heli-skiing opportunities. p>
Après Ski
Whistler is one of the liveliest resorts in North America with plentiful bars and nightclubs and somewhere in the region of 80 restaurants. Many of the bars have outdoor patios which play live music and offer food. There is also shopping for everyone with over 200 shops to choose from. The resort offers the usual choice of snow activities including dog-sledding, snow mobiling and sleigh rides. The close proximity to Vancouver offers the option of day trips for shopping and sight-seeing.
