The Ski Slopes

There are 4 main ski areas on both sides of the mountain offering a variety of runs, all expertly groomed to be in pristine condition. There is a dedicated beginner’s area where beginners can learn to ski competently before starting to explore the other runs on offer. Intermediates will find great runs on both the North and South sides with runs through the trees for the more daring as well as the long groomed pistes. Advanced skiers have plenty of choice with just under half of the runs being classified as black. The modern and fast lifts link the runs together effortlessly and cope well with the crowds. The resort also houses one of the largest snowboarding areas and the biggest halfpipe in Canada, so boarders are more than catered for.

Après Ski

The resort has a good spread of bars and restaurants from which to choose, offering everything from burgers, pizzas, right through to traditional Quebecois fare. There are some 45 shops in the resort offering everything a shopper could need. For those not wishing to stop the fun there are plenty of activities to try out including ice skating, snowshoeing and snowmobiling to name but a few. There is a good choice of nightlife with lots of variety, so there is plenty to do after finishing on the slopes for the day.
