The AXA claims portal is an online claims management system designed to maximise efficiency when registering and progressing claims, reduce the average claim settlement time and improve client satisfaction.
You can use the portal to make a claim against your travel insurance policy under any section other than Gadget Cover (see our Gadget claims FAQ).
While the portal allows you to fully complete your claim online, it also features the option to switch to phone or email contact channels if required.
By registering your claim online, you can:
- avoid long wait times when the claims phone lines are busy
- receive notifications whenever the status of your claim changes
- easily provide any evidence or documentation that may be required to support your claim
